The reception staff were friendly, made check-in easy and even helped us out with storing our luggage when we arrived early. The pool area was clean, and there were more than enough sunbeds for everyone to enjoy. Honestly, I could just relax there for days.

It wasn't exactly cheap but totally acceptable for what we got.

we came here for holidays and would like to stay longer. the breakfast was cheap, we enjoyed a huge variety of meals. exceptionally nice and very pleasant staff here particularly on the reception desk.

This ideal hotel is not comparable, ideal for our purposes. All you need for one night in Benidorm. Its staff are really helpful and accommodating, We truly enjoyed it.

Just needed more variety in food options, but staff were choice as!

A Clean Retreat by the Beach

Upon waking each day, the refreshing scent of cleanliness enveloped us. The large balcony became our favorite spot for family meals, with the well-appointed kitchen making cooking a joy.

Super clean and modern rooms with a nice big balcony to chill. Location is spot on, just a few minutes from the beach and close to all the bars. The staff were really friendly and made check-in easy. Loved the pool area, always had sunbeds available!

The food options were really limited, which sucked. Also the air con in the room struggled a bit at peak times, but it wasn't a total deal breaker.

Amazing stay with some hiccups

The apartment was super spacious with comfy beds and a huge balcony. Those big TVs were a nice touch! The staff at the bar area were great, serving up tasty ice lollies. Just a small issue, the air con struggled a bit at peak hours, but it didn't ruin our fun!

Our apartment was spacious, but the noise from above was disruptive at night.

The cleanliness of the apartment left much to be desired. On arrival, it was not up to standard, disappointing. We faced issues with the bed linens not being changed during our entire stay, despite multiple requests for fresh linen. Such negligence in service overshadowed the positives.

I had an amazing stay with a spacious two-bedroom apartment and powerful showers that felt fantastic after a long day at the beach. The outdoor pool was great for relaxing, and the sun loungers were super comfy for soaking up the sun. Just a heads up, the bed linens could use a more frequent change, but overall, it was fantastic! ☀️

Amazing place with its wi-fi, outdoor swimming pool, and 24-hour reception. Staff once helped with currency recommendations. I recommend enjoying the bar area. I'm coming back for a business trip.

I loved the perfect location very close to everything - shops, bars, and the beach. The room was not only brand-new but good-sized too, with a good-sized balcony and a living room.- The hotel exceeded my high expectations; I would stay here again.

The apartment was bright. The bed was comfortable with hypoallergenic pillows.- The location was convenient for traveling around Benidorm, with a short walk to shops, bars, the beach, numerous restaurants, and the main shopping center.
